Non-Executive Chairman of the Board since February 2019. Director from 2009 to present. John has three decades of experience as an investment professional, was formerly global CEO of institutional business at INVESCO and served as President and CEO of the CFA Institute.
Deborah Borg

Deborah Borg

Ms. Borg joined the board in February 2019. She has over twenty years of experience with human capital management, including her current position as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Bunge Limited, an agribusiness and food company. Ms. Borg also held various human resources and leadership positions at Dow Chemical Company. Ms. Borg brings to the Board extensive experience with proactive workforce planning, culture, and assessing, identifying and developing senior talent.
Mark Bye

Mark Bye

Mr. Bye joined the board in February 2020. He currently serves as an Executive Advisor to Morgan Stanley, having previously served for 12 years as a Managing Director and partner in their Private Equity and Energy Capital Funds. He is also active, through his company, Bye Group LLC, in numerous technology-driven start-ups. Mr. Bye has successfully led and delivered profitable growth for a diverse set of enterprises over the course of his 35+ year career, including Air Products and Chemicals, Union Carbide Corporation, DyStar, and Energy Investment, a Boston-based energy-consulting firm.
Jeffrey Keenan

Jeffrey Keenan

Director since February 2016, Jeffrey is the former President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer at Roark Capital Group in Atlanta. Roark Capital is a private equity fund with more than $19 billion of capital under management. Jeffrey also led the firm’s investments in environmental services, including Waste Pro, GFL Environmental, and Qualawash. His prior experience includes senior leadership and board roles in over 20 portfolio companies, and senior leadership roles at AEA Investors and Oak Hill Capital. Jeffrey was a founder and Executive Chairman of IESI Corporation (1996-2005). IESI sold in 2005 for more than $1 billion after completing more than 160 environmental services acquisitions including collection companies, transfer stations and landfills. He currently serves as a director and investor in ACV Environmental and EcoSouth Services, both environmental services companies.

Director since May 2017. Marco is the CEO and a director of Ferroglobe PLC, a world leader in mines and minerals, and a board member of Thermission AG. He has over thirty years of experience in the chemicals, plastics and specialty paper and composites industries. His background includes successfully running global materials technology businesses and leadership positions with other public companies.
Dr. Kimberly E. Ritrievi

Dr. Kimberly E. Ritrievi

Dr. Ritrievi is currently President at The Ritrievi Group, LLC, a consultancy focused on equity value creation for public and private companies. Prior to joining The Ritrievi Group, LLC in 2005, she served in numerous positions of leadership at Goldman Sachs & Co., including as Co-Head of Investment Research for the U.S., Canada, Latin & South America from 2001 to 2004.
Anderson D. Warlick

Anderson D. Warlick

Director since 2009 to present. Andy is currently Chairman and CEO of closely held yarn manufacturer, Parkdale Inc., and its subsidiaries Parkdale Mills, Parkdale America and U.S. Cotton, LLC. He is also a board member of Inman Mills, Inc.
