Argotec Interlayer Film provides excellent bonding for dissimilar materials such as glass, acrylic, or polycarbonate to create super strong, optically clear, impact and ballistic resistant substrates for automotive glass. Argotec Edge Seal Film protects glass edges from chipping during installation and handling and prevents moisture penetration that causes edge fogging. SWM is the leading extruder of uncoated TPU paint protection film for the global automotive aftermarket. Available in single and multi-layer, our Argotec Protective Film is the most advanced in the industry and is used to prevent scrapes, chipping and erosive damage to high value surfaces such as metal, glass, and paint. Our high efficiency Delpore Meltblown Media provide the last line of defense in protecting critical engine components. Our Delpore nonwoven media include electrostatic, thermal bond, and meltblown, which can be combined to form our Delstar Engineered Composites for air filtration. Our nonwovens are easy to pleat and laminate well to other materials, allowing for precise uniformity and breathability for applications with strict requirements. Supported by layers of Naltex Diamond Netting, these air filtration products are the workhorses that capture harmful air particulates.
Coretec Urethane Cord & Tube, Argotec Industrial Film, and Conwed Square Netting are found within many vehicle seat applications, including pneumatic lumbar support systems, seat heating and climatization, seat foam reinforcement, and quilt backer for diamond tuck stitching. Underneath each piece of carpet in a passenger vehicle resides a support layer of Conwed Square Netting. This product is uniquely lightweight and strong, providing excellent protection to the carpet from everyday stresses such as dragging, dropping, pulling, without adding extra weight to the vehicle. Environmentally-friendly netting options are available. Conwed Square Netting is often used as a backing support layer for auto headliners and sun shade fabrics.
