About this product

ArgoBond® thermoplastic polyurethane TPU and ethylene vinyl acetate EVA glass lamination films provide unmatched optical clarity, lay flat, and overall consistent quality. SWM thermoplastic polyurethane TPU film is used extensively in aerospace, military and commercial bullet-, impact- and hurricane- resistant composites. Copolymer-based optical interlayer EVA films are used to laminate architectural switchable glass composites.

 

ArgoBond® is compatible with all types of electronic films and has excellent temperature performance combined with superior electrical insulation properties. When used as an adhesive layer between the glass and electronic components in touchscreen monitors, this thermoplastic polyurethane film protects the sensitive electronics from damage caused by exposure to temperature extremes and wear.

 

Designed for ease of use ArgoBond® TPU and EVA films are engineered to work correctly in the laminator's equipment, whether autoclaves, nip rolls, or bladder presses. They lay up well, are not tacky, and laminate with minimal voids for fast and efficient installation.

Decorate and encapsulate

EVA interlayers are ideal for laminating decorative glass due to its ability to encapsulate objects sandwiched within the glass laminate.
