Thermal Bond Media is a web of fibers bonded by a thermal bonding (thermobonding) process or thermal through-air bonding processing. Thermobonding technique for bonding a web of fibers in which heat or ultrasonic treatment, with or without pressure, is used to activate a heat-sensitive material. Delpore™ Thermal Bond media is produced using bicomponent fibers to form the web or thermal bonded media producing a consistent structure for various grades of HVAC media for industrial and medical applications.
