Aerosol Generation Materials: We offer a diverse range of substrates, made with tobacco, botanicals or cellulose. Humectant level is adapted to the targeted aerosol volume and nicotine can be added for tobacco-free products. Our team collaborates with customers to co-create ideal blends that ensure consistent consumer experience.
Advanced Wrapping Paper Solutions: Each segment of the heat stick is supported by a specific paper. Depending on the heating system, the wrapping materials will be exposed to either heat or moisture. This requires the consumable to have specific features to keep its integrity when removed from the heating device after use. A stiff wrapping materials is also often required to wrap the filter materials.
Next-Generation Filtration Media: Our Evolute® product range stands at the forefront of sustainable innovation. Developed to replace traditional cellulose acetate, Evolute® portfolio offers non-plastics solutions according to Single Use Plastic Directive. In addition, our solutions are certified OK biodegradability in soil and Marine by TUV and engineered for accelerated water dispersibility. It’s a forward-looking solution that supports both performance and environmental responsibility.
